Pan Seared Kodiak Colossal Scallops
Ingredients

Time to cook:  5 minutes

  • ​1 pack of Kodiak colossal scallops

  • ​Lemon pepper

  • Smoked paprika

  • Salt to taste

  • Minced garlic to taste

  • Butter

  • Olive oil

Instructions
  • Heat pan to a medium high temp

  • Pat scallops dry and season

  • Add oil and butter to pan

  • Sear scallops on either side for 2.5 minutes each

  • Put scallops on plate and pour fond onto scallops before serving
