Ingredients
Time to cook: 5 minutes

​1 pack of Kodiak colossal scallops

​Lemon pepper
-
Smoked paprika
-
Salt to taste
-
Minced garlic to taste

Butter
-
Olive oil
Instructions

Heat pan to a medium high temp
-
Pat scallops dry and season
-
Add oil and butter to pan
-
Sear scallops on either side for 2.5 minutes each
-
Put scallops on plate and pour fond onto scallops before serving
